By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The product does not match the specifications advertised
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging (for standard returns)
  • The return request is made within the eligible timeframe

Products that are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-designed or customized products specifically manufactured for your requirements
  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Software products with activated licenses
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance

3. Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within:

  • 7 days from the date of delivery for defective or damaged products
  • 30 days from the date of delivery for unopened products in original packaging

After these timeframes, products are considered accepted by you, and we will not offer a refund or exchange unless required by applicable law.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Include a copy of the invoice and the RAN
  6. Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Support team

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipment.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund according to the following schedule:

  • For defective or damaged products: Full refund including shipping costs
  • For standard returns of unopened products: Refund of product cost minus shipping costs
  • For products not matching specifications: Full refund including shipping costs

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund
  • Orders in transit or delivered must follow the standard return procedure
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

7. Warranty Claims

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • The product is returned without proper documentation
  • The return timeframe has expired
  • The product is not in its original condition or packaging
