Raivens FD/RD Reminder (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a personal finance organizer that helps you track Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD) and reminds you before they mature. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

The short version

We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. The app has no servers, no account system, no analytics, and no advertising.

Information you enter

You may enter deposit details such as bank name, branch, account/certificate number, amounts, interest rate, dates, nominee and notes. This information is stored only in a local database on your device. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party.

App lock (PIN & biometrics)

If you enable the app lock, your PIN is stored on your device in encrypted secure storage (it is never sent anywhere). Fingerprint/face authentication is handled entirely by your device’s operating system — the app never sees or stores your biometric data.

Notifications, alarms & permissions

The app schedules local reminders and alarms on your device. To do this it may use the following permissions:

• Notifications — to show maturity reminders.
• Alarms & reminders / exact alarms and full-screen notifications — to deliver time-critical maturity alerts, including an alarm-style alert.
• Run at startup — to re-schedule your reminders after the device restarts.
• Vibrate — for alarm feedback.
• Biometric — for the optional app lock.

These permissions are used solely on your device for the features above. No data leaves your device as a result.

Backup & restore

You can choose to export your data to a backup file. That file is created at your request and is shared only by you, to destinations you choose (for example your own storage, email or a messaging app). We never have access to it. Backup files do not include your app-lock PIN.

Data sharing & third parties

We do not share your data with anyone. The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data retention & deletion

Because all data is stored locally, you are in full control. You can delete any deposit inside the app, or remove all data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
